Different types of photosensors, such as p-n junction, metal–semiconductor-metal, and Schottky diodes, have been fabricated. However, metal–semiconductor-metal photosensors are becoming popular because of their simple structure [11]. (27%)), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 (30%)) by maintaining the ratio of 5:1:1. The aged solution was dropped onto the surface of the microgap structure, which was rotated at 3,000 rpm for 45 s.
