Our large urban tertiary care center's records were retrospectively examined for adult patients (over 18) who were admitted with a STEMI diagnosis between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2017. We selected 31 ECGs from these patients' charts to construct a quiz, which was presented twice to a team of emergency physicians.
